Every Move Matters is for the periodic paralysis community and the allies who cheer them on. Campers can be people with PP, rare disease families, clinicians, friends, or anyone who believes every move counts. Together we’ll gather for a weekend of connection, learning, and virtual camp fun where every move matters—big, small, creative, or simply showing up.
Every Move Matters is an accessible, community‑powered virtual summer camp celebrating movement in all its forms: physical, creative, social, reflective, or simply being present. Campers connect through workshops, cabin activities, social hangouts, and movement‑friendly prompts designed for fluctuating energy levels and diverse accessibility needs.
Every Move Matters is built on the idea that movement looks different for everyone—especially in the periodic paralysis and rare disease communities. Campers choose a movement commitment that fits their body: stretching, drawing, knitting, journaling, taking a photo, attending a session, connecting with others, or simply showing up.
Supporters can pledge a donation based on your commitment (per activity, per session, per creative action, or as a flat gift). Your movement becomes a way to raise awareness, celebrate accessibility, and support programs that help people with periodic paralysis feel seen, supported, and connected.
